Unless required by law or store policy, fees are non-refundable once charged. Manage or cancel renewals through the platform where you subscribed (for example Apple or Google account settings).

The Services may link to or integrate third-party products (for example payment processors, analytics, or platform APIs). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our reasonable control.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though we work to keep them reliable and secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer rights you may have in the United Kingdom.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £50, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Services is no longer reasonably practicable.

Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue using the Services after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their local courts where mandatory consumer protection rules require it.
